Returns Policy

  • All returns must be notified by email.  
  • Customers are kindly advised to check the goods thoroughly upon receipt and notify of any manufacturing defect within 7 days, after which goods may not be taken back. 
  • Goods can be returned if there is a manufacturing fault or any item being sent not mentioned in the order. If an item has been used and a fault appears, we will not refund the item but can arrange for repair, if not possible we would only offer a credit note.  
  • If you are not happy with any product, please bring it to our attention by email and wait for our reply. In case you are asked to return the item postage will not be returned.
  • Colours may differ from the website slightly due to technical limitations so we can not bear any responsibiliy for them. 
  • Due to the nature of our wholesale business we are unable to sent out individual items, so we can't send out replacements for returns but we will issue a credit note for the next order or refund the item. 
  • Return postage will also be credited for faulty items. If the customer requires any replacement, postage will be chargeable. However, customer can also choose to have items replaced in their next order. 
  • If advised, returns must be sent back through royal mail standard post (cheapest option)and refunds will be made according to standard royal mail rates.
  • Customers are advised to buy their own insurance on returns if they wish to do so. Goods are customers responsibility until it reaches us. Please allow 7 working days to process any returns, it may take longer during busy periods.
  • Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at

Minimum order

  • There is a minimum order amount requirement of £100(ex. VAT).

  • When the order has been received by email, this does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will then send a Pro-forma invoice via email. Once confirmed we will indicate acceptance of your order and hence a contract between us.
  • We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.


  • We accept most Debit/Credit cards, PayPal, Bank transfers and Cheques. Bank transfers and cheques may take 3-5 working days to clear. Goods will only be dispatched, once cleared funds have been received.

Shipping And Handling
  • We will ship stock items via Courier service and any special requirements must be specified.The normal delivery charge is £6.95 (ex. VAT) per box upto 31 Kg per box, to all areas within the mainland UK. 
  • For most EU countries the postage charge starts from as little as £12. 
  • Different rates apply for Northern Ireland, other UK Off-Shore, highlands and remote destinations.
  • Customers can arrange their own shipping and can be collected from our cash & carry at the address mentioned above.
  • In case of missed deliveries due to customers not available at the time of delivery or refusal to accept the delivery, the postal charges are non-refundable and are applied again if arranged redelivery. 
  • However, a maximum of three attempts are made before the parcel is returned to sender. Calling cards are left at every attempt and it is customer's responsibility to contact courier service to re-arrange delivery at a convenient day or time(subject to availability).
  • Invoices can be produced online or manually and are subject to change or amendments should there be any numerical mistake or calculation error. 
  • All changes or amendments to the invoice must be notified within 1 month. 
  • A delivery note is attached to the parcel for customers reference and the Invoice is normally issued and sent to respective registered email address unless requested for a hard copy, which will be sent by post within 1 week of the purchase. 
  • Please contact head office if the invoice is not received within 7 working days.
Delivery Schedule
  • We despatch your order mostly within 24hrs of the receipt of your payment. Although every possible effort is made to deliver the goods to the customer by next day(UK Mainland only), we cannot guarantee next working day delivery of goods during peak times and other exceptional cases .  
  • The order is normally delivered within 3 business days following the despatch for UK. 
  • EU deliveries are generally delivered in 2-7 business days depending on the geographical location of the respective countries.
Tax/VAT Charges
  • All prices shown with the products does not include VAT and it is added on top of the price at the end of the check out process. For orders made from the UK, all items are subject to 20% VAT.
  • No VAT is charged to orders from Channel Islands.
  • EU orders are subject to 20% VAT charge to customers not registered to VAT in their respective countries. 
  • VAT charge is not applied to EU customers bearing a valid VAT number.
Privacy Policy
  • Bags Lane do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
